Ainka Jess is an award-winning business leader and former high school volleyball athlete. She founded She's4Sports in 2016 to increase the representation and narratives of women in sport. Ainka is also a huge sports fan and passionate about empowering women from all backgrounds in sport. The organization is Toronto’s first digital content and events hub that amplifies the stories and contributions of women in sport. The over 7000 She’s4Sports community includes a diverse group of predominantly women sports fans and leaders who engage via events and digital content. She's4Sports also held Toronto's first all-women hockey panel and was featured in The New York Times.

Ainka has almost 20 years of communications and broadcast television experience, along with almost eight years of being an entrepreneur. She is a recipient of WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Woman: Top 100 Award and a nominee of the Women of Influence - RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. Ainka is also a past board member of the Canadian Girls Baseball organization.
